- 01To get started, head over to the “Book Online” tab and select the package that works best for you. Group Training Sessions: Train alongside others in a motivating, high-energy environment. Perfect if you enjoy accountability, community, and a little friendly competition. Personal Training: One-on-one coaching tailored to your specific goals, fitness level, and schedule for faster, customized results. Not sure which option is right for you? Join us for our Saturday Bootcamp, a fun, challenging session designed to give you a feel for our training style before committing to a full package. After a package is booked, you will receive a welcome email with class schedule and further instructions. We look forward to seeing you on your first day.

- 03What are your earliest and latest time slots? Personal Training: Sessions are scheduled week-to-week between the trainer and client for maximum flexibility. Group Training: Follows the set monthly schedule below, with unlimited access to all available classes: Class Schedule Monday: 5:30am, 6am, 8am, 9am, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm Tuesday: 8am, 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm Wednesday: 5:30am, 6am, 8am, 9am, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm Thursday: 5:30am, 6am, 8am, 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm Friday: 5:30am, 6am, 8am, 9am Saturday: 9am Closed on Sundays
