How do I get started with training?

To get started, head over to the “Book Online” tab and select the package that works best for you.
 • Group Training Sessions: Train alongside others in a motivating, high-energy environment. Perfect if you enjoy accountability, community, and a little friendly competition.
 • Personal Training: One-on-one coaching tailored to your specific goals, fitness level, and schedule for faster, customized results.

Not sure which option is right for you? Join us for our Saturday Bootcamp, a fun, challenging session designed to give you a feel for our training style before committing to a full package.

After a package is booked, you will receive a welcome email with class schedule and further instructions. We look forward to seeing you on your first day.

Do you offer different training packages?

To get started, visit the “Book Online” tab where you’ll find all package options, rates, and descriptions.
 • Monthly packages can be booked one month at a time.
 • Combo packages are available in 3-month increments.
 • Bootcamp sessions can be booked per session.

What are your earliest and latest time slots?
 • Personal Training: Sessions are scheduled week-to-week between the trainer and client for maximum flexibility.
 • Group Training: Follows the set monthly schedule below, with unlimited access to all available classes:

 • Monday: 6am, 8am, 9am, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
 • Tuesday: 8am, 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
 • Wednesday: 6am, 8am, 9am, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
 • Thursday: 6am, 8am, 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
 • Friday: 6am, 8am, 9am
 • Saturday: 9am
 • Closed on Sundays
